Bridget Pouges, CWEP, Chapel Manager

A transplanted Texan, originally from New Mexico, Bridget is a Certified Wedding & Event Planner. Her love of weddings and decor, her experience in training, and her education all make her a perfect fit for Belltower Chapel & Garden. She loves visiting with prospective brides and showing them our venue but is also responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the chapel. Bridget provides both full wedding planning services and décor/styling services should you opt for those services.  


JODY MASSEY, Administrative/Event Coordinator

I was born in New Orleans, Louisiana but am a long-time Texan! I got into the wedding business through my work as a volunteer for ACH Child and Family Services. I have always loved event planning and was very excited to be brought on as a staff member. I love witnessing the start of a couple’s journey together and to see all the months of planning come together successfully. I’m very creative and am known for making trash into treasure.


Crystal Johnson, Administrative/Event Coordinator

Hello there! My name is Crystal Johnson. I am a Louisiana native but I’ve called Texas home for nearly two decades. I have been in the event planning business for over 20 years now and I love every bit of it!! My motto is “Love is in the details!” I do my very best to serve each and every bride and groom as though they were my own family and friends. I’m so excited to be part of the Belltower team and so blessed to be part of the ACH family. Let’s make your day beautiful!!

My name is Kiowanda. I am a wife and a mother to three daughters. I was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado and relocated to Texas ten years ago. I’m a romantic at heart, and love weddings, special events and family gatherings. I have worked in non-profit agencies during most of my career and I enjoy helping others. I enjoy being able to combine my creative and organizational skills with my love of special events. It makes me happy to see how a bride’s vision can come together and my goal is to make her special day fun and stress free.

I have always had an interest with event planning and it has definitely been my passion for years. Seeing the look on a client’s face when their vision has come to life makes me happy because I know I have walked away with a satisfied client. It is my duty to make it about them and make sure each client feels special on their big day. I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management and just took a leap of faith in event/wedding planning in 2014. Planning weddings are my ultimate favorite because it is the biggest milestone in a bride/grooms life which should not only be the biggest moment but the most beautiful memories as well. So, it has been an honor to become a part of the Belltower Chapel team because this allows me to work close to something that I absolutely enjoy and I can use my acknowledge and skills on my number one passion.


Diane Bayliff, CWP

In 2001 I became a certified wedding consultant in the DFW area. I owned and operated a wedding business for twelve years. Because I love all things ROMANTIC… I can’t imagine who wouldn’t want to spend the most special day in someone’s life with them…. their wedding day! Providing that one-on-one personal service to each bride and the desire to make her vision a reality is so rewarding. My AWE moment is when I close the chapel door, the bride is standing there and I say breathe this is the moment you’ve waited your lifetime for… and then she starts walking down the aisle. There are just no words…It is with great excitement that I look forward to making your special day at Belltower Chapel stressfree, memorable and something your guest are talking about long after it’s over.


Adrianne Gilbreath

While planning my own wedding, I soon realized that I really enjoyed searching for the best vendors to execute my vision.  I helped design the decor, invitations, programs, and chose the perfect venue for my big day!  In 2017 I started my own wedding planning business and have coordinated several weddings and celebrations for friends and family.  I am so excited to join the Bell Tower team.  I am gaining so much experience in the industry and building relationships with exceptional vendors in the DFW area.  I can’t wait to be by your side on your wedding day and ensure that you and your guests have the best day ever!




Anita Ruffin

My name is Anita and I am a former F.W.I.S.D Professional School Counselor and science teacher.  I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and two Master’s degrees from Texas Christian University.

With over 30 years in the education industry, I have worn many hats.  My leadership added to the value of my campus which made a difference in the learning experience for students.  My passion for making a difference allowed me to be awarded and named the Crest Counselor of the Year recipient for the State of Texas.  I have exemplary skills in multi-tasking, time management, and providing superb customer service.

I love being part of making a bride’s special day beautiful and go out of my way to make sure it is flawless.  Constantly striving to improve is my mantra and motivation.  I truly love what I do.  What started out as a dream has now become reality.
